Started With a WhatsApp Message.
In 2021, our co-founder got a simple request from a family friend who ran a coaching institute: "Can you help us answer student enquiries on WhatsApp automatically?"
What started as a weekend side project became something bigger. We watched schools, clinics, D2C brands & shops struggle with the same problems — leads slipping through WhatsApp, manual follow-ups, disconnected tools, and expensive software that didn't understand Indian workflows.
So we built WAAPIBOX — a platform that would solve all of it. Not with grey-market tools, not with half-baked features. With official APIs, real AI, and pricing that makes sense for India.
